EF Solutions website privacy policy
Plain-language information about collection, use, storage, and your choices.
Information you provide
The client intake may collect your name, contact details, company and role, website or LinkedIn profile, inquiry type, budget, timeline, referral source, contact preference, and the context you choose to share.
Website usage information
The site uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics to understand visits, navigation, device behavior, and site performance. These providers may process technical identifiers under their own terms and privacy practices.
How information is used
EF Solutions uses submitted information to evaluate an inquiry, respond to the sender, prepare a possible engagement, operate the website, understand demand, and improve the intake experience.
Service providers and storage
Intake records may be stored in Airtable. Website hosting and analytics are provided by Vercel, Google, and Microsoft. EF Solutions does not publish intake submissions or use them as public testimonials without separate permission.
Retention and protection
Information is retained only as long as it remains useful for inquiry follow-up, client operations, legal obligations, or legitimate business records. Retention periods and internal deletion procedures remain subject to owner and legal review. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask what information EF Solutions holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate by emailing support@eternityflux.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
Updates and questions
This policy may change as the website and operating systems evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page. For privacy questions, email support@eternityflux.com or use the contact page.
